Our Big Band Special Weekends offer lots of great entertainment with plenty of opportunity for dancing the night away to some of Swing’s finest talents.

6 April 2012  •  3 nights - Easter Big Bands. Celebrate the long Easter Weekend by donning your dancing shoes and hitting the floor to the sensational swing sounds of the Big Band era.
Our 2011 line-up highlights include:
Jeff Hooper and his Swing Easy Big Band Swung into the big band arena with a fresh new sound which continues to dazzle audiences and bring them to standing ovations in functions and theatres nationwide.
Nick Ross Orchestra Recapture the sounds and memories of a bygone era as the Nick Ross Orchestra presents an unmissable evening of music and song'- the classic Big Band sound of the Glenn Miller era.
George Thorby and his Big Band Were formed by George in 1952 and has been working constantly since then. Over the years the personnel in the band has changed many times over, but two of the original line up of the band, Ronnie Findon (saxophone & Clarinet) and Gordon Rushton (Trombone), still feature regularly.
